Tasks & Challenges

• Responsible for order and cleanliness in the staff canteen and kitchen area
• Independent maintenance and cleaning of operating and kitchen equipment as well as dishwashers
• Responsible for monitoring proper waste disposal
• Ensuring hygiene in accordance with HACCP and internal 5-star standards
• Taking on additional tasks assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef

Qualification & Competences

• First experience in a similar role
• Good communication skills in English
• Confident in meeting expectations and high standards
• Eager to develop the required skills
