Your Challenge

Are you an experienced reservations professional with outstanding knowledge of Mews? Are you ready to take the next step in your career and work in one of the most beautiful destinations in the Indian Ocean?

Then join our international team in Mauritius as our new Reservation Manager (all genders).

Your responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating the daily operations of the Reservations Department
• Managing, monitoring and optimising all reservation processes in Mews
• Ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of individual and group reservations
• Maintaining room rates, packages, restrictions and availability across all relevant booking channels
• Monitoring booking trends, occupancy levels and demand in close cooperation with Revenue Management and Sales
• Supporting the optimisation of revenue, occupancy and booking performance
• Ensuring consistently high standards in guest communication and reservation handling
• Training and supporting employees in the professional use of Mews
• Creating reports and providing relevant reservation data to management
• Maintaining accurate guest and booking data in accordance with applicable data protection requirements
• Working closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management and other hotel departments

Your Skills

• Professional experience in hotel reservations, ideally in a supervisory or management position
• Excellent and extensive hands-on knowledge of Mews
• Strong understanding of reservation processes, distribution channels and revenue-related hotel operations
• Confident leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• A structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and service skills
  Very good written and spoken English and French; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to relocate to and work of Mauritius
• Ideally, international professional experience within the hospitality industry
