Key Responsibilities

- Ensure seamless operations in your area of expertise while upholding the highest standards of quality
- Projects (40%)
Oversee all branded print and digital materials in collaboration with internal teams and external design partners
Implement advertising campaigns and support brand initiatives
Manage relationships with stakeholders and coordinate the creation of promotional products and packages - Content (50%)
Manage the CRM system, website, Alpina App, and newsletter communication
Lead content development for the Alpina Magazine and social media strategy
Coordinate photo/video production and provide design and copywriting support to other departments - Public Relations (20%)
Handle journalist communications, press trips, and PR materials in coordination with agencies
Manage influencer collaborations and press requests, including on-site support and follow-ups - General Tasks (10%)
Perform reporting, filing, and administrative duties
Ensure brand consistency and monitors budget adherence for all projects.
Your Profile
- A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and a strong commitment to achieving excellence in every aspect of your work
- Degree from a hotel or tourism school or a higher vocational school in marketing
- Strong organizational skills with experience in independent project coordination and task priorities
- Excellent written and spoken language skills in English, German, and French
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM, CMS tools, Photoshop, Indesign and Premiere Pro
- Passion for detail and guest marketing
- Assertiveness and strong communication style
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a warm, authentic, and professional demeanor
- Enthusiasm for working as part of a dynamic team in a high-quality, fast-paced environment
