Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

As a passionate marketer, you thrive on creating impactful content and driving brand awareness. Your enthusiasm for marketing, brand communication, and digital media helps elevate the TFE Hotels brand portfolio. Working closely with our creative marketing team, you will develop strategic and local marketing concepts and apply your expertise across both online and offline channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness for our diverse TFE Hotels brands – including Adina, A by Adina, MM:NT, The Hobson, and The Wellington
• Create compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and additional marketing platforms
• Strengthen and manage brand messaging to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align campaigns and performance objectives
• Lead digital guest communication, including pre- and post-stay emails
• Identify emerging trends together with our General Managers and turn them into creative content ideas and campaign concepts
• Contribute to the growth of our marketing performance through reach, engagement, and conversion optimization

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in marketing – agency experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful marketing actions
• Excellent command of both English and German, written and spoken
• Creativity, team spirit, and a passion for brand-driven content
