As a cook (m/w/d), you will :
- carry out preliminary preparations
- prepare recipes based on technical sheets
- prepare dishes according to the menu and special orders
- draw up a provisional list of products required for production
- store foodstuffs according to the methods prescribed in the establishment
- carry out inventories
- receive and check the deliveries (quantitative and qualitative checks)
- master and apply the rules of hygiene and safety in force
Our ideal candiate would have the following skils/experience :
- Previous experience in the restaurant business
- At least 1 year experience in the kitchen preferred
- Cooking school diploma preferred
