Tasks & Challenges

• Warm welcome and professional as well as personal care for our international guests: you read between the lines, go the extra mile and thus prepare a wonderful stay
• Check-in and check-out as well as carrying out, coordinating and controlling administrative activities at the reception in compliance with Chenot standards
• Professional management of guest complaints  
• Compliance and developement of the quality standards

Qualifications & Competences

• First experience in the front office in a luxury hotel industry
• Very good written and spoken English skills, one or more other foreign languages ​​(Russian, Italian or French) is an advantage
• Ideally knowledge of the hotel software «Protel» or «Protel Air»
• Host qualities: Service at the highest level is your passion
• Structured and organized work and resilience: You keep an overview even in stressful situations
• Team player with a positive charisma: You help your colleagues and are proactively involved
• Student at a recognized Swiss hotel management school: also possible as an internship (minimum 12 months)
