Become an integral part of our Food & Beverage team and elevate guest experiences to new heights!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional table service in our restaurant, bar, lounge, and sundeck areas.
• Ensure smooth operations through efficient use of our Wait Order System (WOS).
• Execute all food and beverage activities seamlessly, including special events.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas, adhering to HACCP guidelines.
• Participate in onboard training programs and daily menu presentations.
• Manage inventory and assist in other departments as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum High School diploma; hospitality-focused degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in upscale cruise line or hotel bar operations.
• Excellent English communication skills with a focus on guest interaction.
• Discrete and able to handle confidential information.
• Well-groomed with impeccable hygiene standards; comfortable with extensive walking and standing.
• Extensive wine and bar knowledge preferred.
• Service-oriented, positive personality, and professional appearance.
• Flexible, stress-resistant, and a committed team player.
