Role Overview As a Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your duties will include providing friendly and professional service in the restaurant, bar, and lounge, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service in the restaurant, bar, and lounge
• Efficiently utilize the Wait Order System
• Execute all food and beverage activities, including special events
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Participate in onboard training programs and daily menu presentations
• Manage inventory and assist in other departments as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma; hospitality degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in upscale cruise line or hotel bar operations
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
