Kitchen Trainee (m/f/d) - 6 months (August 2025 - January 2026)

Tasks & Challenges

• Daily support of the Chef and kitchen brigade
• Responsible for cleanliness according to HACCP
• Ensure that the food production meets the highest standards
• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu (vegan detox menus)
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers

Qualifications & Competences

• Student at a Swiss Hospitality Management School
• First experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of English, any additional language as an advantage
• Willing to work in shifts and part-time
• Positive personality with an efficient way of working
• Resilience, even under time pressure
• High quality awareness
• Ability to work in a team
